Frnds in redmi note 4 if u account with mi.co or Mi cloud plz don,t forget u password after all if u r going to restart your phone they say enter the password if u have forgotten ur password the device can,t be opened so be carefully or in mi.accout u have to option find device u will off it thanks all bcoz I m facing this problem last two days .

I am a mi note 4 user .it is simply supper and not even 0.1 percent of heat issue while charging or calling ,please learn from them other mobile manufacturer,simply grt mobile at low budget and past I have using Sony Xperia always heats up and build material worst plastic used

I have been using Redmi Note 4 (4GB) for last 9 days using Jio sim in slot 1...
My web pages are slow to load & net disconnects while playing games.. but at the same time my Redmi Note 3 (3GB) works smoothly..
Also my phone Heats up while little use of net or games.. but in reviews I have read that the phone doesn't heat up..
Is my phone having a problem or I have received a returned product.. Shall I return this mobile..??

Hello Everyone,
I got Redmi note 4 two days back through Souq.com (UAE). It has only 3 GB ram and I am fine with it. But my battery drains fast not even stays for 24 hours with a very mild usage(just using FB, Whats app). I haven't started playing games or listening music yet. I had a first gen moto g which has a much better battery performance than redmi note 4. Is this normal with every user, if its 4100 mAh it should give a decent battery life. My only concern is due to online purchase there may be chance of fake or refurbished product. Kindly give your suggestions.
