not recommending you to buy Vivo. Vivo has good inbuilt quality which makes it lil expensive.
Honestly speaking, RN4 has better specs than Vivo (you can compare it).
I have RN4 and dnt wanted to spend 5k more.

Its pointless to have multiple cores when you don't use since they will eat your batrery, this is why Snapdragon 820 is a quad core processor and not octa core. A powerful quad core like the cortex a72, krait or kyro is the need of the hour and not number of core count

1. 3gb ram 32gb ro... moreI think I have understood your question. There is no reason why the RAM should be proportional to the ROM. The ROM is meant mainly for storage of apps and data. The RAM is required during execution of the apps.
So 4 GB RAM makes more free RAM available to run apps. 64 GB makes more space available to install more apps and store more images and videos.

n if its affordable for you, go for Oppo or Vivo but you have to compromise with specs.

To all the people who tell 3 is better than 4...lol. The camera is better now. And about performance, sd650 is hexacore, and 625 is octacore. 625 has better efficiency. Also, 625 is faster according to some tests. So, please don't mislead others. (this comment has been posted after seeing results).

The 4gb ram 64gb rom is next to impossible to buy, i was ready to purchase it and the second the sale started the page wouldn't load and crashed several times by the time i got loaded it was out of stock, thankfully the 3gb ram variant was still available so i bought that instead.
LoL everything was sold out in less then 5 minutes.
I will post my review after receiving and using the device for few days.
