It lags far behind comparing to latest processors in similar price range. G5S is good Budget Phone. Check C7 Pro, A7 or Mi A1 Pure Android Phone or Moto X4.

I have Redmi 3S prime and my Idea 4G doesn't work with it. So don't worry about it. If you have a Idea 4G sim then think twice about buying Redmi smartphone.

gringo, 02 Feb 2018snapdragon is a processor not a rom !!!The set using Snapdragon chip using global rom. Most mediatek chip are for china market using china rom. Sorry that your interpretation.

Regarding the no ringtone issue which occur suddenly...today I got to know that if phone screenlock sound goes silent screen unlock sound works and vice versa ...
Ringtone works only if the screenlock sounds works (pls don't say enable screenlock sound, it's enabled and not works ) it's a stupid miui bug cuz it's not just cuz of MIUI9 even in 2016 in miui community some reports this issue...seems MIUI till now can't solve this issue... WEIRD.
OK TELL ME MOTO G5S OR SAMSUNG J7 PRO...MY BUDGET NOT MORE THAN 20

Well, reading the comments I have the feeling, that not all markets get the same quality devices. Mostly indian users complain regarding built quality, we, europeans have much less problems (reading on other websites too). The 2nd problem is the miui itself I guess. Heavy rom with many bugs. I installed a clean google pixel 8.1.0 custom rom and the phone is totally different. This rom is approx. 0,5 GB lighter, than the miui 9.2 (750MB vs 1,2 GB). Much faster, much longer battery (after 1 day use still have 75%), fast charging is enabled! (blocked in miui somehow), no bloatware, no mi apps (everything can be downloaded from play store. I keep a few). The available ram is around 2.0-2.1 GB instead of 1.7-1.8 (4GB version), much less hidden running processes etc. I just feel sorry for users who can't flash roms, and use a downgraded phone. So, flashing custom roms is highly recommended, you can have a note 4 turbo.

Tamilan, 29 Jan 2018If u plan to buy mi note 4 or note 4x I thought it's wro... moreIn india all 4G network operates under band 40 as of now, which includes jio, airtel, Vodafone etc. All these runs on band 40, so maybe it's due to area network coverage otherwise, it shouldn't be a problem at all.

Just like you cannot transfer data from android to apple this is because of the different platform of OS as they uses different backup method and compression for their specific OS.

This indeed is a good smart phone for smart guy only. Others complain about it probably unlucky to have " problematic" unit. Anyway, it can claim under warranty .
