The Redmi Note 4 has the same specs as the Mi A1 the only difference is that the Mi A1 has Dual cameras which are better than the Note 4 Camera and it has USB C, also the Mi A1 has Android One which means this software gets updated more than the Note 4 and it's get updated by google not Xiaomi, but this also means it's stock android so it doesn't have any of the MIUI features like customization or Xiaomi apps

This obviously is one of the most complete phones for its price, will find it difficult to replace, great device.

My phones camera is not working.. And I updated to nougat the problem still exist anyone have this problem..
Anybody can help me.. Before the update I have oftenly switched off the phone but the problem is not solved

Hi friends I face one problem
I can't change wallpaper during lockscreen mode
When I was trying it's loading
Then the screen is shut up
Again trying its loading
But not able to change wallpaper
When I restore my phone it's working
But now again it doesn't work
Only loading but can't able to change wallpaper
Anyone give the solution

harjeet singh, 04 Dec 2017Real camera Quality is poor.. it's like 8 mpnah.. its much worse than 8mp. Its worse then iphone 5s camera. The camera is like from 2012 year.

i purchased Redmi note 4 2GB Ram 32GB Rom 7 months before ,, but now a few days ago my mobile got damaged and is completely dead now,, when i approached service center ,they said the mother board is gone and i have to pay around 8000 rupees for replacement ,,Because they cant give warranty to mother board ,,, now i have kept the phone in my showcase ,,because I dont think it make sense in spending 8000 rupees for repair when the actual price of mobile is only 9999 rupees......

hi friend..i using phones.... but mi note 4 is some excellent feel . battery life is very cool. only using back charger no heat. mobile work very smooth. but one disappoint my ask.....BAND 1 not there. this one complaint indian version note 4. global version no problem. EVERY WORK GOOD TO THE REDMI NOTE 4. thanks mi.

okay so, if i get this phone and for whatever reason i do get locked out of it (with the lastest updates) will i be able to access the recovery mode and wipe all data from phone so i could get it like factory new without having to mess with stupid programs from MI

SaT, 01 Dec 2017yo, so i got a fiew questions about this phone 1) does ... moreusing around 1 month, handset gets warm while charging, charger gets even warmer but not that much to worry about... battery back up depends on use, if you play high graphics games it will give SOT of 7/8hrs, if browsing, youtube, facebooking it will give SOT 10-11hrs even more, good side is it does not get that hot while playing games, its camera is not that great.. front is better, back camera lacks details, but color, dynamic ranges r good..

yo, so i got a fiew questions about this phone
1) does it really heat that much when charging
2) does the software conflicts with phone (i have battery life in mind)
3) how does software with latest updates hold up as of (2017-12-01) no massive bugs ?
4) is phone fragile , does it need screen covers and such ?
5) does it heat while gaming 3D on heavy load
6) anyone with year + with a phone can tell how their expirience was ?
