Samsung devices have signal problem. In slightly conjested area internet speed is extremely slow and also switching network is very slow.

Just bought this phone and it's already 70%full and I never see more than 1.9 Gb ram free when I clear all the apps. Why is this when there is supposed to be 4GB ram.
I also do not get as good network coverage as I used to get with my Samsung device. Is there a poor quality signal sensor or something? I also do not see which apps are taking up most ram or data, is there something I'm missing? Please let me know.
