Yes, all around phone would be Oneplus 3T, much more powerful processor, AMOLED screen, NFC, better camera, fast charging, fast UFS storage.
Redmi Note 4 is a good budget phone, more than enough for basic usage, it is not slow, just not the fastest, and not the most feature packed.
However, Oneplus 3T is around 2 or 3 times more expensive than Redmi Note 4, you get what you paid for.
Not guarantee both will last 3 years, those depend on luck too.

My phone ram always shown only around 1GB of 4 GB available. I mean only 1 GB free ? I m not downloaded any game then were my phone's 3 GB RAM goes..?

Return Xiaomi User, 12 Aug 2017One plus 3T will kill Note 4 hands down except for battery ... moreI wonder, what are latest high-end apps? Considering RMN4 has horsepower equivalent to Core2Quad clocked at 2GHz, I'd say that's way more than enough, unless apps are badly optimized.
Further, Snap 625 is IMO the best offering Qualcomm has as of now. Even better than 835 in regards to power efficiency.

Spend more to get one plus 5. That Might last you 3 years. In general, no phone can last 3 years unless you seldom use the latest high end apps. Technology keeps improving fast.

My friend got Nougat but I still havent got it. Anyways Nougat not needed for me as I have lot of stuff installed like Xposed modules, Unlocked bootloader, TWRP etc. So I dont care even for Android Z.

I have Lenovo who offers 5000 mah battery but battery dies soon as the optimization not done right by Lenovo. Besides I have Redmi Note 4 too and it offers almost double battery backup with its 4100 mah as compared to Lenovo.

I'm currently on miui 8.2.5, and I tried updating to 8.2.10 a couple of times via OTA, but it just won't get installed. Does anyone know why it doesn't update via OTA?
And also will I get an OTA update directly to 8.5.4 bypassing 8.2.10, or do I have to update to 8.2.10 first??
