If your budget enough for Redmi Note 4 then go for it. The main difference between both is on the processor. The other difference are not so significance. Helio X20 is slightly faster than Snapdragon 650. You can check on Antutu Benchmark Helio X20 score is around 85000 Snapdragon 650 around 79000. If you buy Redmi Note 3 Pro now it is so obsolete. So it is still worth to buy.

I am using it for several days and I found out that one of the two speakers at the bottom of the phone doesn't work! Cover one of the speakers with your finger and check if the other one plays music or sounds. Does anyone have this issue too?

If you care about the design this phone more better than redmi note 3 but with downgrade camera and it maybe work properly and smooth with helio x20 if you not use phone for heavy games , i sure it never have heat issues and also can be your next phone with a bit low cost than redmi note 3

For your information i also have redmi pro with helio X25 it never lag but it can't work properly with heavy games , that why i suggest you to use redmi note 3 snapdragon
