Indian version of Xiaomi Redmi Note 4 will come with Qualcomm Snapdragon 652 processor and 16-MP Rear camera and 8-MP front facing camera. Is anyone aware about the release date in India?

A few days ago I saw in Xiaomi device website that Note 4 Pro with SD652, 32GB storage and 4GB RAM was posted for a price of around 239 USD. This version, however, supports LTE-FDD only in bands 1, 3 and 7.
