I read abt this stuff, apparently very good at connectivity on WiFi and data.
It's Ram is the more advanced LPDDR3 instead of the older LPDDR2.

Dharan, 21 Nov 2014what is tdd & fddFDD (Frequency Division Duplexing) & TDD (Time Division Duplexing) Basically different band of 4G (LTE), most countries uses FDD, you can check out in Wikipedia which country using which band.
eg if you use TDD phone in countries with FDD band then you can't connect to 4G or Vise versa if you use FDD phone in TDD countries, some countries have both TDD & FDD offer by different Telco.
