Mediatek Cores really sucks. My phones heats up so fast. Power drains at a very short time. I am recommending not to buy phones with mediatek cores.

I noticed that since I installed all the updates fed by xiaomi on my phone, it drains fast.
Before I can use the phone for almost 2 days connecting to data/wifi but now, its like it wont even last a day when im using internet.
Been using it since May last year. 9 months already.

This device is incredible at its price point. Very fast and with a great battery. It outdoes Nokia 5 &6, Samsung J7 pro among others. I performed 2 benchmarks and the scores are:
Antutu 7- 76,246
Basemark OS 2.0- 1179
The Snapdragon 625 is a great midrange SOC. Though benchmarks don't always point to real life use, they do prove a point. Xiaomi are doing a great job with this device.

Before I did all the update, I was still able to see the VoLTE on the settings but after each successive updates delivered by xiaomi that option on the settings just disappeared for good. I just want it back in my phone.
What I noticed before when I still have the VoLTE on the settings, when its on, why is it not showing on top of my phone ?? AND NOW ITS COMPLETELY GONE FOR GOOD!!!! HELP! HELP! HELP!

well, gaming graphic is good in this phone,no heating issue... battery drain -5% per match(mobile legend). finger print is super lightning fast(but some times it doesn't recognize my finger when sweating..well other phone also like this. im ok wit this, just to mention! ). overall i give 8.8 out of 10! cheap but super! using 3gb ram 32gb memory version(snapdragon).

As a former Apple fan. I dreamed to have a brand new iPhone, but when I discovered the Intel powered Asus Zenfone 4, I instantly turned into an Android fan and dreamed Zenfone 4, (it sounds funny that I dreamed a budget phone, instead of a luxury one). My aunt gave me a used iPhone 5c and I'm planning to sell it to buy Zenfone 4, because of waiting for its Lollipop version in box until I gave up, I've been 2 years in a closed system without theme customization and downloading free songs, instead of buying in iTunes. Then there's a great phone that impressed me so much again, the Redmi Note 4x and finally bought it without any hesitations, this phone lets me see and feel the beauty of Android's ecosystem at full and made me become a die hard fan of Android. I'm not interested in any game, but I enjoy downloading free movies and songs, and customization at the fullest without any problems.

To be honest.....this medel has mediatek Helia X20.....I don't and I won't recommend someone to buy the mediatek version at the moment cuz the battery drain like 90% of battery life for 3~4 hours screen on time even though only using it for social media(Whats App/Instagram)

And a little FYI. J7Pro's chipset can beat Snapdragon 625's ass interms of power consumption.
I can see it on your comment that you don't know how to compare phones :/ You only look for something that has bigger number on both phones. :/
