what if when you check it in mi.com/verify... you have encountered an error saying "your IMEI does not exist, please verify and enter again.", please help.

when one of you guys facing lagging or hanging on your note 4x or other xiaomi types. don't worry, just check about your miui version is it global already or still on distributor version. distributor roms are laggy and has some issues and guaranteed will never get ota update from xiaomi. just flash ur xiaomi with global or global dev rom from xiaomi official sites. after that, feel the power of ur device ...

AnonD-472169, 04 Aug 2017very bad phone. just use 40 days after that its start ghost... morehi there bro faizul, please be very careful on where will you buy xiaomi or other brand phones. not all seller are good and honest people. sometimes some of them selling refurbished or used phones as new ones without notice. i know cause besides i'm a xiaomi user i'm also a phone technician too. for example, one of my customer bought new redmi note 2 prime via online store. he complains that it's touch panel works slow and less responsive. all xiaomi phones has 10 fingers touch point while my customers redmi note 2 only has 5 fingers point on it's touch panel. now we know that the touch panel on it is not oem or original part from xiaomi. the phone is wheter refurbished or used that sold as new.

my current smartphone is quad core 1.3ghz, 1gb ram.. it runs ok. since im not a heavy user. ordered my xiaomi RN4x recently and should arrived this week.. very happy seeing positive review from u guys! well this will be my first exp with xiaomi.

My phone is running on marshmallow. want to update the android as well as miui version.
do i need to upgrade the system os then miui version?
or does android 7 update come with the package(miui 9 updt)...

im use the redmi note 4x now for 3 month since the day i buy it from a store . i live in viet nam . now this is my opinion after 3 month . used with 30% screen light . and use snap 625
1. long battery . it take 1 day and 10 hour to my next recharge .
2. i dont play much game it just few online game of dice , valkarey crusade , panzer walt, and some offline game too . WORK LIKE A CHARM .
3. fast recharge it just take me 2 hour since 22％ to 100 .
4. all the fuction of ths phone work okay . no problem was found during the time i use now .
if i have to give a grade for this phone i will say 85 on 100 .
but this is some issue i dont known if happen to you guys or not . when i brought from the store they ask to use another ROM with our vietnamese but i say no i will use the original version and thanks GOD that they have english inside but the text message still have chinese key broad and some of their app . i delete them all . and when i want to down load more themes and wallaper . i have to resign to mi website which is have auto CHEACK my phone by send me a text in chinese a cant read it . but after that i have an account and use normal till now . i just update last week not to mui 9 nougat it just a fix for this android version even i dont see anything change .
3g,32g and an sd card 128gb in side . its has made my days .
Wish you all can enjoy the time with the phone like me . sorry for bad english .
ps : my friend brought an mtk version and he has to come back to the store to get new one cuz the one he use have battery issue . so i will say this xiaomi have made good phone but a lot of that have many problem cuz they are too slopy they seem like dont do the checking like samsung of iphone . so a lot of their phone got problem all most is from the producer not us . so good luck .
