Xiaomi Redmi Note 5 AI Dual Camera

I've updated the system to MIUI 10.0.4.0. And the result is terrible. The camera is just the same as before, becoming worse, though, many lags which we can say not even smoother process. This is the most regrettable update i've ever made.
Can I roll it back to previous version? HELP!!

For me the latter because it have dedicated Micro SD slot not hybrid simcard/micro sd slot like the former. The latter also lighter than the former, 165g to 181g. But if your main concern is camera than the former is better than latter and the former also have a IR blaster which can be used as remote controll replacement for electronic equipment. If you picks the former my advice is dont updated it because MIUI are famous and known for its buggy update which can ruins your phone. Just used as its were out of box and it will be fine.

Guys seriously this 12 megapixel camera is one of the best cameras I have ever seen I am seriously impressed with the details the level of details are insane too much clarity in the pictures

I got today Xiaomi Redmi Note 5 (Global version, or AI) 3/32GB version. On first boot in phone was MIUI 9 (9.5.6.0 and security patch from 01.03.2018). After chek for update, MIUI 10 (10.0.2.0) is available. To be honest, MIUI 10 is little faster, have differente notification bar (similar to Android Pie). So here is some pros and cons MIUI 10 vs MIUI 9 (i was Resdmi 5, also Redmi 5 Plus user with MIUI 9 (9.5.13, to 9.6.4.0).
Pros: little faster, fingerprint unlock have same speed
Cons: It seems that battery will last shorter (now is first cycle of charging, but it seems that MIUI 10 consumes about 15% more battery, than MIUI 9 (in Redmi 5 Plus, with same resolution, and sam screen size, and same 4000mah battery).
I guess MIUI 10 needs still optimizations for battery life, everything else is ok, cameras (front and back) is way better than 5 and 5 Plus.
Notice: after update phone was reset to factory settings, so fp scener is fast, no heating, etc.

Ali, 08 Nov 2018Basically the front camera is not so sharp but the fact is ... moreGo to front camera setting . ANTI-BANDING : 60 HZ . AUTO EXPOSURE SETTING : Frame centered . Contrast , saturation and sharpness are set to HIGH . And remember Use HDR . Now u will not dissappoint . :)
