if the money is not your problem then definately... moremore ram doesn't mean smoother performance....anything above 3gb ram will be useless if you just use couple of basic apps. SD636 is not very powerful like most people think just because of kryo . 4GB ram is enough , for 6gb ram you won't see any better performance because SD636 is mid range
Remember here kryo is entry level version 260 only not those present in flagships. also GPU is just A509 while much older SD652 had A510. That means performance will be more or less like SD652 found in Le2 earlier. only battery will be increased as its 14nm.
6gb might have make sense if storage also increased to 128gb. as its hybrid sim , some people could have opt for 128gb but just for 2gb ram 2K extra price doesn't worth .
and hold down. don't you think there should be a base variant of 3gb/32gb too ? in april 2018 xiaomi will launch that variant at 11999 and reduce note 5 4/64gb price to 10999. discontinue whole note 4 series.

Honor 9i is 2.4mm short height because it has 5.90 inch display while xiaomi had 5.99 inch display. despite of their respective screen sizes , xiaomi has less bezel while honor is slim.
i am expert and now i won't reply any free answers.

I am looking forward to buy REDMI NOTE 5 PRO but having confusion that which varient is better, i.e. 4GB RAM or the 6GB RAM...It would be great if anyone gives a strong technical suggestion...

This model will be come out on March or April at SEA market. I think will be costing RM999 to 1,199 on Malaysia site.
