Why dual cameras and 20M front camara? Single 13M back and 5M front camera of RN4X were enough for most occasion. Just improve the image quality of the the single camera. Resolution is enough. Dual camera in back and 20 M front are overkill for budget phone. Even $700 Apple iPhone 8 has single 12M back and 7M front camera but yields much better, industry-leading picture quality. This is budget class phone. So don't waste money fancy features like so-called "boke" effect of dual camera or 20M front camera. Invest in picture quality (like low light) instead.
Better AP like Snapdragon 640/660 or USB Type-C connector and quick charging (like USB-PD or QC4.0) would be much better than dual camera in my opinion.
