How can I rear camera better ? bcuz real camera pictures not so good in low light conditions as compare to selfie camera is good in low light conditions

I bought the Redmond note 5 pro just before 2 month ago .
Yesterday the mobile not getting charged even the mobile shows charging when connected to the cahrger but cahrger percentage is not increasing after a long time...
Plz suggest me.what can I do..???
