My phone earphone quality is bad.. the volume is low and when i increase the volume, the are some noise like hissing sound heard from it.. i try 3 earphone with different brand but the problem still occured.. is it a bug or my phone is deffect phone?

It has no competition in its price class. 10 /10 on most functions. My phone has Oreo 8.1 and battery is really strong.No draining issues whatsoever.
