Still using it, but frame, backcase, and lcd already change coz of accident.
still fresh like new but the battery is just like 60-70% health.

I've bought this phone on July 2019 and still using it. The main problem with this one is Messenger Video Call. Overall performance is good. Camera is outstanding when installed GCam.

I bought this phone in May, 2019 but i am still using it up to this day. It might be one of the best cheap but durable smartphones worthy every penny o bought it. I decided that i will buy another phone, once this phone dies, but i am getting annoyed as it seems it won't die anytime soon.
I use it without a pouch but even after several falls the LCD is perfect just a few scratches. The only limitation is the MIUI 12.5 update that removed Google Playstore compatibility and affected a few apps like radio.

RN7 just refuses to die on me. I've had it since launch and it was dirtcheap already back then. At first I took good care of it, had glass protector and high quality cover, but because the screen is so poor during summertime, i took the protector off and ultimately i got rid of the cover because RN7 has a beautiful back cover. And then the phone started falling. All the time. It probably falls at least once a day and it's starting to get some scratches. I've been waiting to buy a new phone as soon as this one dies... But it doesn't. It refuses to die. It works just fine and it charges faster than my gf's iPhone 14. I want to buy a new phone, but honestly the RN7 is still good enough, the battery lasts a day and camera with gcam is as good as redmi note 10, note 11 etc.
Honestly, it's starting to get old. I did have one problem and it started getting slower and sluggish, but as soon I got a SD card for it, it became fast again. I will replace this phone this year but this phone has been real solid.

My father bought this phone 3 weeks after it got released, and today it is still working fine. However, I use china ROM. MIUI 12 update destroyed the phone. I couldn't use some apps anymore because google already got removed. I also used to have bootloop problems but its gone now. This phone is truly a beast. Phone fell multiple times without a case and still havent cracked. But a few weeks ago the lcd became loose. I'll be retiring this phone in a few weeks haha

I am losing my photos as the comment - 'File format isn't supported or files are corrupted' is showing instead of the photo. What is going on with the system? I am not a professional with phones so it's distressing losing all my valuable memories. Please help if you can. Thanks

Bought this phone when it was fairly new, had it for a couple years. My son inherited it and uses it daily for games. It's been a beast at serving us. Battery life still good. No hickups. To such a low price, an overall amazing phone for a user who only needs a smart phone for basic usage.

Using it 3 years rn, currently on PE android 13. Man A13 sucks azz that file manager apps that loopholes scoped storage doesn't work anymore. Mf google keep ruining their things.

niku, 28 Sep 2022How to do that?Unlock bootloader > Install custom recovery (TWRP) > Install custom rom (clean flash). Just search in google, tons of useful instructions are there.

Nice phone,i bought mine since 2020(during lock down) and is still ok,just that I cant find it in the Firmware for MI phones and I need to Fastboot my phone because is showing me "you system has been destroy",please can you help
