Even Nokia is better than Redmi phones

Anyone has issues with the proximity sensor on this phone? When I call someone the screen goes off (which is ok) but then in 1 min turns on and starts reacting on my ear. So irritating! When the call is finished I can see many random apps open etc.

Sometimes this phone lags too much only when theres an enemy or a plane in pubg (redmi note 7 3/32)

You can try turning the following:
1 Turn off location, Bluetooth and other things that you don't need.
2. Play on WiFi and turn off mobile data if possible.
3. Don't play while charging.
4. Don't multitask during gaming. Close other apps/tasks.
5. If possible, try to play in cool environment like in AC room or at night.
