I don't think 18W fast charging works on this one, many of my friends including me of course bought 18W chargers on Mi Store and it the charging speed wasn't affected at all, and I personally think it's slowing the charging. And about it's battery, yep it's 4000mAh but it feels 1000mAh less, it drains fast like 30mins 100%-90% and if you want to reach 4H of SoT from 100%-50% you'll need to save battery. My highest SoT record was 9H and that's without playing any game and just using it casually, no screen off music or earphones was plugged in. The camera is a bit disappointing if you look at it as a 48MP but will realize it is good when compared to other cameras on phones, even on flagship phones, though you need to install GCam for it to perform better. But overall this phone is good, it was worth the $200 and IMO, this is the best $200 phone on the market to date.

Just got this phone, is it okay for the phone to charge from 68% to 100 for almost 3hours with the charger that come with it (not fast charger) normal 5v/2A

Camera is ok, but there is severe flicker and banding under certain led lighting. Adjusting banding settings (0, 50hz, 60hz, auto) has no effect. Shame.

I am using this phone around 3 months and it is really good.
No battery issues, night camera AI is really great compared to all other Redmi phones.
This is really one of the best budget phone released in 2019.
And don't even compare this phone with high end flagship phones.
if you really want to compare with high end phones then buy some Xiaomi flagship phones then compare and satisfy with it.
You all like to spend less money and expect like a high end phone hardware feature.
Even though this phone provides more features than the high end phone which double the price to provide. still not satisfy with what you all got and expect to be like a flagship phone.
Even apple users face so many difficulties, but they don't tell because they are all really shy to express it because they pay more and couldn't get all the features. All phones has its pros and cons. think before you buy. If you have the money to buy some flagship phone then buy that. don't complain after you buy.
