My battery in my redmi note 7 drains fast asf, i just finished charging my phone to 93% and in just 30 seconds its down to 90, i tried playing for 30minutes and battery is down to 75% was it the mi ui or my battery has issues? if so im gonna replace it

It is not a wel... moreperhaps it seems Qualcom Quickcharger had many variants/types .if one variants used is not compatible for one device(RN7) the charging speed become unoptimized causing slower charging time but stay cooled the other one causing faster charging with Overheat issues as side effect then battery endurance damaged

It is not a well explored topic, and is not a unified standard, each has their own implementation. I blame Qualcomm and all other smartphone brand use this as a marketing tool rather than telling the truth.
Bottom line, it is what it is, only if the smartphone supported the technology then it will charge with faster charging, but the charging speed vary among smartphone model.

New update miui 12.5.1.0
Bugs list.
Split screen gone.
Navigation pill gone too.
Second space... Still there.
Lock screen charging animation nonstop when not connected to electricity.
Battery drain... Waiting a few days to see if it stops like after other updates in the past.
Cons
Generally Faster now.
Full Screen Gesture is snappy.
Sound is great.
Pictures... Slight improvement. Not that noticeable.
Overall good.

had this phone since it released, on medium use (watch youtube/twitch mainly, sometimes play game like pubgm/codm max 4hr/day) had no problem except the heat, and the frame rate is so low if game driver and game turbo off

Had this phone for just five months, within that time space a lot of issues appeared.
1) Burn in on the display.
2) Dead vibration motor.
3) Battery died within five months of light use.
4) display gets easily scratched.
5) charging port was very wonky straight from the factory
6) UI filled with ads that i was not able to turn off.
7) A data plan is necessary to unlock the device in order to do modding.
8) You cannot expand the internal storage with a sd card without creating a mess.
9) easily bendable, huge problem for someone who keeps their phone in the back pocket.
The device is quite rubbish, not worth the money.

But there are much better options now for the same, or even a lower price. Look into the Redmi Note 10, Mi 11 Lite, or Poco F3. Mi 11 Lite is a bit more pricy but definitely worth it if you're willing to spend a little bit more.
In terms of other brands, you can look into OnePlus, Oppo, and realme (ranked best to worst).
In the end, the choice is yours. I hope you enjoy your experience with whichever phone you chose to own next. :)
