Just bought this phone 2days ago, i noticed the call (earpiece) volume is really low even at max volume setting, hard to listen what people talking in the phone in public area. any one got this problem?

Help, 05 Apr 2019It's my first time buying Xiamio phones. I bought a Redmi N... morewe have same problem with this phone, but I already made mine to work well.
- I uninstalled the apps that are in Chinese that can be uninstalled, then I downloaded the Google Play Store app on its App Store (it will still be in Chinese but if your keyboard is already in English then you can just type the word "Google", you'll still see the labels in Chinese so just look for the icon that is colored green that looks like a Triangle and click it then install it, just wait until you have successfully installed all of the Google Services included on that app.
- then after you installed it, use that app and Search for Google Play Store for you to download apps in English.
- if your keyboard is still in Chinese or if its English but you don't like the features since that the symbols are still in Chinese, you can download the Google Keyboard App and use it as your Default Keyboard.
- for the English Browser, I used the "UC Browser App" that I installed from play store since that it's in English, the phone has the UC Browser installed there already but its in Chinese so you can just uninstall it and replaced it wit the UC Browser from Google Play Store.
- then go to your settings and use the UC Browser App (English Version) and use it as your default app.
- then for the other Chinese Apps that can't be uninstalled, I just put them all in a folder to hide them so that it won't bother me to use the phone in English.

But in my country pakistan pro is not launching. Pro is only for china and india. Rest all the countries have redmi note 7 global version. No dobut pro is bit better in few things but overal both are pretty same.

ps. @ case
I bought frosted nillkin case and cp+ glass and its great (frosted case is made of carbon vs tpu) but its slippery on sides (tpu is not!) - probably I will order tpu one now...
(tpu is worse material but non slippery wins for me)
nillkin have best protection case and glass around for me at least, anyone knows better one?
case included in box is not enough for me - nillkin is much stronger one, especially at corners and camera protection , camera stick out from standard case and it can be easily damaged, nillkin protects it very well, its hidden inside of case and it never touches ground
