To use this phone U need to import its from China or go to India to buy it. The easiest way to own this phone is buy it from chinese reseller like AliExpress but phone are lack Google apps services. There is 2 way how to install Google apps service.
First method is to flash new ROM, the Redmi Note 7 Pro Indian ROM here the link to official MIUI website http://en.miui.com/download-360.html#592. To flash new ROM U need to unlock the bootloader, rooted the phone, install TWRP and flash the new ROM, if mistake happen you may brick the phone meaning the phone cannot be use anymore.

If you were hoping the Redmi Note 7 Pro will go global so you can have the faster chipset, we have some bad news. Those were delivered by Xiaomi's Regional Director for Southeast Asia John Chen, who said it’s not happening. The Pro will remain exclusive to China and India due to Redmi’s product strategy.
The naming scheme makes things a little confusing as the “Redmi Note 7” in India has a 12MP main sensor on the back while the 48MP sensor is reserved for the Pro model. Outside of India, however, the 48MP sensor is used (yes, even in China).
That said, the cameras are not identical as the Pro model can shoot 2160p video and the non-Pro (regardless of which sensor it has) tops out at 1080p. Here are the specs compared.
Another difference is the chipset, the vanilla model gets Snapdragon 660, the Pro model has the 675. That chipset brings new CPU cores (Kryo 460 vs. 260) and new GPU (Adreno 612 vs. 512), not to mention a more efficient node (11nm vs. 14nm).
Most recently, the global Redmi Note 7 launched in Thailand and the Philippines at THB 5,000 and PHP 8,000, respectively.

The Xiaomi executive already comfirm the phone will not released globally so there is also no official global ROM for this phone except customized ROM developed by independent developer like in XDA forum or Lineage OS. This phone only available officially in China and India, and the entire world will not get it except you import its from Chinese reseller like AliExpress or etc. If you want to buy Indian version you need to go to India because all online channel that sell this phone not provide delivery outside India. You need to stay in India for a while like a month or two because its very hard to get it.

Even it is indian version or global version it has global rom. But in chinese version they are giving china rom. So in case of RN7P if you want with global rom buy it from India.

Indian ROM maybe available for flash but if you are not savvy with the procedure which include unlock bootloader, rooted the phone, install TWRP and flash new ROM my advised its best not to do it because if mistakes happen you may brick your phone.

In redmi note 7 pro camera "EIS" works on 1080p 30fps? Or 60fps?
