You can only buy Redmi Note 7 (Snapdragon 660) at your own country. But if you really want to buy RN7P you can buy it online from India or China.

I hope its just a marketing strategy, Xiaomi will release Mi 9 SE globally so they dont want ppl to choose Note 7 PRO instead, really really hope they release RN7 PRO globally a few months from this, they cant lose the hype, it goes against their vision to position the brand globally, fingers crossed!!!

To answer your question which phone should you buy either Redmi Note 7, Redmi Note 7 pro, Poco or Asus (which model Asus phone) with 20K rupee budget, my opinion go for Poco because it have overall better specs than both Redmi Note 7 and Redmi Note 7 pro and cannot comment on Asus because doesnt know which model. Poco also future proof for several years and I believe Poco phone body are more durable than the Redmi's.
