I think the only difference between redmi Note 7S and redmi Note 7 is that the redmi Note 7S is coming with a 18W Q.C 4.0 supported charger..

3nm processor? ...maybe you are just plane stupid.
Currently today there is no technology existing to produce processors under 7nm in size. This is fx. Apples bionic A12x and there is a reason why they are so expensive.
Those are the physical limitations of silicone based processors.

You're mentioning a flagship phone from the future (to be quite expensive possibly) in a midranger's comment section. Besides, A80 hasn't launched yet and it'll have an uncomfortable price for what it has. S10 would probably have the same price by then and S10e even lower
However, you may be right that Samsung has offered a popular midrange phone with the smallest fab so far - the A50 with 10nm
