Why is this phone's camera app broken all of a sudden?

using facebook and whatsapp are not very basic and you should know that all your pictures video and everything you receive and send through this applications all data is saved in internal storage so normally you run out of phone memory surely all data you need through this applications you transfer to sd card and delete media on chat to free up more storage in phone memory.

camera is very blurry and laggy, when switching to 1080p60fps it crash and need to restart phone , performance worse than my samsung j2 core

Forgot to mention that MIUI 12.5 also buggy and laggy. Very annyoing to use. Camera quality is worse

Charging speed slow on MIUI 12.5. Charger 10W but take 5 hour to fully charge instead of used to be 3

Useless phone. Bought the 64gb variant and everything is slow as snail. Even basic stuff like using Whatsapp and scrolling Facebook is so buggy and difficult. Storage getting to 100% randomly as well, too much bloat throughout the UI.

my opinion is that it looks very nice, so I bought it, but I didn't expect the software to be so disorganized that it works slowly and is full of advertising, too bad, the features were good but only on paper.

Redmi Note 8 is the WORST purchase of my life. I never encountered that much issues with a phone, my older phones does NOT have this much issue. Xiaomi making us buy new phones by slowing the old ones down. 👎👎👎

i hate xiaomi so much. everytime i rotate my phone it hangs up freezing and stucking. i dont know what am i supposed to do with my redmi note 8. buying new phone soon

now it becomes clear to me, because constantly on a video call from whatsapp happens to lose tone or video broadcast and often the screen turns to black and the connection is lost, now you have put me in the thought of deleting the application.

I will compare this phone with the Honor 8X which I bought the year before (2019), because I own both of them . I bought Redmi Note 8 for my wife,(2020) and in the beginning everything was fine except for me the software is pretty messy and everything is where it shouldn't be and not to mention it's full of commercials that are very annoying, but I managed to sort them out but it is impossible to get rid of them completely. Software upgrades for me are pretty good,and there was an improvement because the messages were not coming and there were problems with the internet connection, but when I compare with Honor 8X - Honor is a rocket compared to redmi note 8 which is with similar characteristics, Honor software is very good and works smoothly and quickly without any ads, then everything is in the right place and well arranged , while Xiaomi is slow in every way and the camera is made of artificial color, despite the fact that it is 48mpx- but it is 12mpx cropped x 4 and thus spoils the quality of the photo, Honor 20mpx camera is much better and photos are natural color and excellent quality.
To summarize, I am not happy with the Xiaomi Redmi Note 8 and honestly I will never buy a product from Xiaomi again.
For all Xiaomi fans, nothing personal to anyone, this is just my opinion and my experience and reading the various comments you find out that everything is mixed up,and that indicates that something needs to change.

Mine has been smooth with games..... Well with miui 11.1 and A10 and miui 12.5 A11... Updates in-between are not nice. The only thing that is constant are the cameras (8.5/10) for me....
