However, seeing the comments shows me that this phone is overpowered for it's price range, so I do not think I will have a problem with this. (I had a Mi note 4 before.)

As good as this phone is, the software situation is starting to really piss me off. This should have shipped with Android 10 but it didn't. Just give us Android 10 already so we receive security updates through Google via Play Store!
The auto brightness setting is also shit and driving me crazy. I really doubt I will be going with Xiaomi in the future again. This is getting ridiculous.

then go to battery option, choose no restiction.

I have purchased Note 8 a week ago and I am quite happy with my decision. Below are some of my observation regarding the phone.
Build Quality: Excellent
Display: Excellent
Camera (back): Excellent
Camera (Front): Very Good
Performance: Excellent (not checked on PUBG, no heating or lagging observed on Asphalt 9).
Signal Strength and Connectivity: Excellent (Wifi & 4G LTE)
Battery Backup: Good
