Helio P60, P70, P65 are all just as good as SD 660 and better than all Snapdragon 665, 636, 632, 630, 625, 450, 435, 430, 425, 410 and so on.
While SD 675, SD 710 & 712 are better than Helio P60, P65, P70.
But Helio G90T is better than SD 675, 710, 712, 730 and is equal or better than Snapdragon 730G.
You don't know first thing about phones so stop talking.

I have bought redmi note 8 after selling huawei y7 prime 2018 ...redmi note 8 is not a good phone my wifi keeps on disconnecting on it even ally apps like youtube and google play store which are linked to internet are not working properly ...it has also very poor battery performance ....its just a wastage of money ...

REDMI NOTE 8... moreYou should buy 3 Pro for performance, battery and durability.
Or Note 7 Pro for features at the cost of performance and battery.
Both of these phones have significantly better cameras than the other phones you mentioned.
Redmi Note 8 is a good phone but it's not even half as good as 3 Pro and Note 7 Pro. The ones recommending you Note 8 don't know a single thing about phones.
FYI: Higher number of cameras or MP doesn't make camera quality better at all. That's why you shouldn't listen to them.
