If there's a code ending in G your phone is the global version. If it has an I then it is the Indian version. This doesn't has to do with the ROMs tho.

          Go to: Settings > About phone > MIUI version
          There you will probably see your ROM, mine is MIUI Global 11.0.2 | Stable 11.0.2.0(QGGEUXM)

            Riyan, 20 Mar 2020How Identify Global, Indian & Chinese Version? #helpit depends where you live, when you are outside of China and India, you will always be finding the Global models, even on the Germany Amazon, but if you buy it let's say in China or India in both Indian Amazon and maybe in a Chinese online store then yeah you would end up looking for the actual Indian/Chinese Models.
            I wonder if you are perhaps talking about Global ROMs? as there is an indian one (Global ROM) that includes Mi Caller app

                            For now rn8p have chinese rom, global rom, india rom, and indonesia rom. All same except india rom and and indonesia rom has miui dialer

                              Am so happy Xiaomi getting better and better ...am used to ips screen ....the screen is very good and Night mode is very beautiful.....12nm chips perform like 8nm chips....mediatek really tried this time around and Xiaomi make it almost perfect ... only downside is that it only get warm when charging it via Xiaomi power bank ..but better on a normal electricity....M happy I bought it to replace my stolen Phone....( Honor 10 )

                                Yes I Just got mine on Monday ....I don't have any heat issue....the battery is very strong....am even surprised the way this phone perform...Xiaomi still need to improve their UI though ...FM radio don't function well....I don't know why........I bought it direct from China way cheaper ....8+128g ¥1550

                                  Jack, 19 Mar 2020s8or rn8pro? I just switched this phone from my Samsung Galaxy A8 (2018) tho and im gonna say I'm more impressed by this phone than the A8 for a few reasons
                                  1. Personally, Better camera than the A8, what i like the most about the RN8P's camera is the color that it takes, especially in 64MP Mode alltho both phones have a great camera.
                                  2. Bigger Battery, You know im that kind of a user who just likes to use his phone, for games, for social media and barely letting the phone "sleep"/turning the screen off for a while.
                                  3. Gaming with the chipset actually felt better, playing Asphalt 9 on the A8 wasn't so smooth for the chipset it has, after playing it on this phone, i was impressed of the smooth performance it has.
                                  4. Now i would say I prefer SAmoled than IPS LCD but this screen is actually decent and colors didn't bother me, also it's very bright and has HDR Support.

RN8P has bright high quality lcd display which is bigger than in S8 and S9. Performance and working culture is much better in Redmi. In my opinion newest MIUI 11 based on Android 10 is much better than Samsung OS. I still have S9 but not using it at all because RN8P is much better phone. Of course it is my personal opinion.
