phone heats a little during fast charging. but gaming performances are nice. little heavy. camera quality good. fast charging takes 1.5 hrs to full charge

GSMArena has very good tool for comparison but it only maxes out at 3 phones simultaneously. For example, compare RN8Pro, A50 and RN7Pro. I would consider Vivo S1 as an outlier as of all SoC that MTK has released, the G90T is the ones I have started to trust and amazed about. My preference would be the RN8Pro, distant 2nd would be the RN7Pro (cheap price) and the last would be the A50 due to its higher pricepoint. A50's competitor in Xiaomi is actually the Pocophone (cheaper) or even the K20 (non-Pro) price-wise, atleast in our region (SEA).

The phone work with USB-C to USB OTG -->USB to USB micro -->FIIO Q1 mk2 --> jack 3.5 to jack 3.5 --> jack headset.
When FIIO is open ( pink led).. xiaomi ask which apk to use . In my case it ask for neutron player (eval) or UAPP=USB Audio player PRO ( pay once work on all my android compatible device, support upnp/dlna , google music, quobuz, tidal ) .UAPP don't succeed to read file recording by wavesink PLUS ( pay for have record option) .
Goggle should implement by default usb alternative mode AND usb audio driver like in iphone but focus on data user and pay billion for breaching EU antitrust rule that perhaps ll make google charge for android.Neutron work for aac radio file..

- big ram and storage using slot for sim card and storage
- photo camera resolution speed sensibility at low light....
-dual gps for better accuracy/ precision and other sensor for better indoor gps ( decaware apple)
- audio with cpu that support dsp and dac......
....too many context ...

Excellent phone, very good value for money, I bought it a week ago and I was surprised by its performance, battery and camera, which works fine with decent light but its a little weak at night but I guess its normal for the price im paying.
It was updated to MIUI 11 without problems.
100% recommended!

I found out that something with the audio setting messed up, it's not cause the audio cable, I changed few different one, even completely new.
Open settings -> Sound & vibration -> all the way at the end -> Earphones - check what kind of settings are active for Equalizer and I think the most important is "Mi Sound Enhance". Try different options of headphones/earphones. I used to use the option - "Mi Headphones" and I was having that "pause" problem, then changed it to "Mi Earbuds" and right now it's fine.
Maybe it happens some kind of overexposure of the sound signal and the phones is pausing the audio signal to prevent ear damage, or maybe it's just a bug, just guessing

But, don't really into the back body frame design, actually, they just selling the blue ocean version :' it's really pretty cool seriously
Didn't buy it, cuz I want, maybe I need, dual sim tho :D

Yesterday I bought it. It's a good mobile in terms of price good camera good performance. I didn't find call recording feature like redmi other models. Please can anybody confirm me is it this feature available in this mobile?

With Bluetooth on, the RN8P reaches maximum download and upload speeds over wifi overhere. It may be wiser to troubleshoot your problems, instead of flaming online.
