Venelin, 19 Dec 2019Isn't no-one see poor video quality in YouTube and Netflix.... I don't use NF, but for YT the picture quality is decent however sometimes its too sharp, possible due to the HDR effect. For sure its a software issue.

Regarding the Camera: If you use the default 16mp option from the stock phone app, the photos are very ordinary, looking similar to many other recent phones. However, if you use the 64mp option outdoors, and Google Camera (version 6 or 7, both of which work fine on this camera), then you get very good results, which rival the best of many other phones I have tried (MI9, Oneplus6t, Samsung Galaxy Note 8, LG G5, LG V30, etc.) . Having Google Camera HDR+ and Night Sight with 16mp at 1/1.7" sensor is a *great* combo, both indoors and out.

FYI, battery drain issue due to networks scanning fixed on MIUI 11.0.2.0. Touch delay on the corners still there but less than before.

I am disappointed with this phone. Photos and video are not good quality. Pictures are burned out, no details visible in shadows (small tonal range). Developers should improve the operation of the camera software.
