I'm using this phone for last one week. I didnt face any issues first of all. Phone is having premium looks, better build quality and great cameras. Alexa looks like a disaster. You can see a video taken and edited in Redmi note 8 pro to evaluate the camera quality.

Maybe they've removed the ads or because I've turned off ads in app settings by turning off the 'recommendation' options on each app.

Hi. I haven't used xiaomi devices so far, but I'm going to buy one soon. I am a little doubtful. People say that there are adds that appear on the screen whether you like or not. Please xiaomi users let me know if it is true or not. Thanks

So will also compatible to Qualcomm QC3.0?
                Despite the chipset is Mediatek.

Anonymous, 03 Nov 2019No hate on xiaomi, the K20 Pro is an excellent device at a ... moreAlso m30s is just a pinch smaller than note 8 Pro which isn't noticeable. Which makes m30s equally 'big'(in your words) as note 8 pro. The display here is not the same one used for poco f1. Personally I haven't used f1 in person but it is understandable for the price it came in at. Price to performance ratio was top notch. It's come to my understanding that you're a fan of amoled displays but keep in mind that apple is shelling out iphone with lcd displays for 700$ but people are going for it for the sheer performance apple chip has to offer. And you're talking k20 pro but you forgot the price difference. Spend more n get better simple.

Anonymous, 03 Nov 2019No hate on xiaomi, the K20 Pro is an excellent device at a ... moreIt's not 'too big' unless you have small hands. Vivo z1 pro also has the same dimensions. And it feels manageable. It's a 19:9 aspect ratio so the length is taller while the breadth is slimmed unlike older phones with 16:9 where breadth increase with bigger display. But display is personal preferential and I won't argue on that. Personally I quite like the size given it's made for gamers.

Anonymous, 03 Nov 2019Lol you're just picking littlest of things just to hate on ... moreNo hate on xiaomi, the K20 Pro is an excellent device at a reasonable price, Factually Xiaomi's IPS screens are inferior just ask pocophone users, you see this is no secret or personal opinion of mine, but hey you say you don't care about it, that's fine with me. Many people do and should bear in mind the fact before buying.

Again I recommend this phone for heavy gamers on the cheaps, but for other people I really don't, too big, too heavy, the heating, the display and the ADS everywhere can make it a pretty uncomfortable phone to use specially if you intend to keep it long term.

Anonymous, 03 Nov 2019As stated before light bleeding and other backlight issues ... moreLol you're just picking littlest of things just to hate on xiaomi. Accept it, it is better than your m30s which has a plastic body(which creaks when squeezed) and no corning gorilla protection and exhibits heating issue. Samsung phones notorious for heating. M30s doesn't come with liquid cooling like note 8 pro does. There's no such thing as light bleeding. And if there's any, I don't see them and if I don't see them what's there to complain. And the backlight thing you're going on about like dude, the display is HDR compatible. Do you know what HDR is? And yes lcd don't reflect deep blacks and yes amoled reproduce better contrast but that's about it for m30s. Plus I'm not using my phone on 100% brightness so at lower brightness it's completely neutral on note 8 pro.

Anonymous, 02 Nov 2019Pocophone has a similar screen to most phones at its price ... moreThere are amoled screens at this price range and below not only flagships has them, Xiaomi just don't have the best backlighting for their IPS screens, far from it.

Arkiki Langstang, 02 Nov 2019How do you know amoled burn in anytime. Im using it 3 years... moreThats true but maybe untrue. I was a second hand Samsung hunter and saw hundreds and possibly thousands of it. In most of the cases are screen burn and battery issue despite the phones are in mint conditions. I did have a good experience also with samsung amoled, but screen burn is also a fact. Nevertheless, with this price range you won't be able to find a better alternative. Its better to buy this phone this time and save the money for 5G on the next 1-3 years.
