What is SOC? I have bad experience with MTK than I have had Redmi Pro.

RN 8 Pro has much faster CPU and better new 64 MP camera compared to RN 8 so it must be pricier. Note it may (or not) possibly heat up or not getting next Android update though. Whether it's true must be answered by experience and correct information.

If you think that, you do... moreWhat are you talking about!, note 7 pro is superior to note 8 pro?, the 7 is pure plastic and comes with an inferior chipset, sure its snapdragon but were talking about raw performace here and the Mediatek G90T trumps the SD675 in any test you could perform, even the build is vastly defferent from the 7, Note 8 Pro is built with premium matterials which are only found in Flagship Phones, how could it be a downgrade?

Don't just degrade the phone because it has a mediatek g90t processor. It's faster than all mid range chipsets till date.Overall the phone has competitive specs,but the phone seems to be heating and less power efficient.Lets see if they can fix that in next generation chipsets.

You've got for exemple mt6737, an entry-level chip...
Many OEM released devices with Android 6.0 without real updates...
Nokia 1 was released with Oreo, received Pie and will get Android 10 with mt6737.
