Respect, I wanted to praise the xiaomi company and congratulate one of the best phones and it is this redmi note 8 pro. I've had it almost since it came out. I would like to ask you to give it at least one more update to android 12 and miui 13 or what you think is best? I wanted to change it, but I didn't have an even better phone in my hands, and you are better, maybe only by 5-10%. this one has never bugged me or had any problems, the only thing is that the battery has weakened a bit, but after more than two years it is still holding up well. thanks in advance your loyal customer.

Rogerbak, 30 Apr 2022Hey im only buying this phone bcz i need better device for ... moreI have this phone for now 2 years and it's been 1 year while playing FIFA mobile on a daily basis, it started to overheat like 2 months ago when it fell off my desk but this heat is not part of a big deal since it doesn't heat up too much. I play on 60 fps and the battery drain like 5% in 15min on this 60 fps mode but that's after 2 years of using. On CODM it can handle 60 fps max graphics very well without overheating, even PUBG and APEX or League of Legends with a discord call on are handled very well. Again this is a very good phone to play games with for the price.

I managed to flash mine from Global(11.0.6.) -> EAA(latest)
-> Global(12.5.1). I think there was no difference between EAA and Global other than no ads. I flast mine because I want to root it the safest way possible and I did.
(Secret): Gamepad Panda Pro an app for key mapping will activate itself when you are rooted which is very helpful.

But I do plan to upgrade to a better phone since now i got the money to buy something better. But for Note 8 Pro, probably will bring it repair shop (to replace the degraded battery) and keep it as my spare phone.

I got my redmi note 8 pro around end of 2019 and I'm still using it right now and still good for me but i thinking of upgrading my phone right now bcoz sometimes my phone becomes laggy and sometimes its overheating .

I have this phone since 2020 its sooo good I really recommend this one. Camera is good but when you already took a photo it kinda blures so thats not a plus.
Doesnt lag,you can also play games. All I can say I recommend this one

But then again, I take real good care of my devices (except when I throw them and drop them, intentionally, a lot)

I gave this phone as a gift to my dad in Feb 2020. After 2 years of usage the phone's screen just started acting up like everything's unreadable. Even the OS became buggy too.
Very disappointed in the phone. I just gave my dad a Oneplus 9 afterwards.

I bought this phone on january this year, for only 115$ and the nfc is like 163$ i cant afford more so i bought rn8pro i must say it's a beast i am very impressed i can play genshin now on 60hz and semi high graphics, codm on max just needed to play with a fan tho, i lower codm to 60hz and high graphics to play without a fan, not the cooling fan I'm talkin about the big desk like fan i can't afford a gaming fan yet, it's a pretty satisfying experience for me.

I have it and when I play codm it lags, even on medium graphics, so I have to set on low and it still lags, it says I'm using Max framerate and high graphics but I still get 40-50 FPS, not even 60, reaching 60 FPS in this phone playing codm is like a miracle.

I have been playing Asphalt 9 from the day I brought, in 2022 I have started playing BGMI, CODM and surprise to see that it works great. But some time it shows some fps drops during gameplay cuz I have been playing since I bought it and the fps drop can be ignored it occurs for about only 3-4 secs in a gameplay. If you are a normal user than it is the phone that you can do your daily tasks.
AND REMEMBER IT IS THE 1ST PHONE TO HAVE 64MP REAR CAMERA.
