Does Redmi Note 9 comes with screen guard? Yestrday I bought Redmi Note 9 and I see that there is something thin on the screen, and when I scratch by nail I see some smudges. And when I try to remove it away, that I can't remove it. What is it, please?

that a nonsense for me... i buy a phone so i should expected the phone working as i want/advertise
why should u recomended a brand new phone but need to doing something more to make it work...
and lastly, even in indonesia, ppl still complaining about this phone, not as great as it intended/claim.. champion(aka jawara) phone...

Who cares what you can do? I shared my experience with the phone. I didn't notice any changes with it. It's still slow as heck. The point here is using the phone in stock. Who cares about custom roms? Sure some of them could improve the performance of the phone but that's not the point here. The point is this phone is not good as it is. Stop being a fanboy.

Most consumers want a phone they can use as it is. Not everyone has the time or resource to learn how to tinker with their device. People simply want good capable phone they can use straight out of the box.

And here is some funny comments who said blackshark was better. Let me tell you once again, redmi note 9 miui 12 performance was better, gamer will know this. And in my country (Indonesia), there is more superuser than a normal user, around 60% of us know how to change rom, how to set gcam, how to find a phone problems, how to max out our phone performance, etc. Not like another people whos buying a phone but can't do anything about it and always blaming the phone was bad. Even i can max out snapdragon 460 phone with smooth extreme pubg and constantly playing at 55-60 fps.
Every phone have a weakness, such as gaming was laggy at samsung, its just because "gaming optimizing service" apps, that u can turn off with package disabler pro on playstore, but not many people know about that, and they keep blaming the "brand".
