hi dear friends hope you doing well :) i just found the solution for this serious lags in this morning when i was tweaking some things in the phone and i realized thats a bug in the miui and it does not matter which version you are using just do this instructions im writing :
1 - activate developer mode
2 - go to developer mode options
3 -turn off miui optimization
4 - go play that game and then you will see all lags are fixed
5 - now if you want you can turn on miui optimization
please show this thread to everyone so they can enjoy their games :) big love to you

Love my phone!!! I used to have a Huawei Honor 20, but it´s been the SECOND screen I change in LESS than a year !!! plus the front camera needs to be replaced too, no thanks for that amount of money I wasn´t expecting to get something this good, and I feel in love with the OS, it is just PRACTICAL !!! and is not comming that polluted with bloatware, LOVE MY REDMI NOTE 9 !!!

I just received miui 12 few hours ago so far so good camera ui and result has improved. Memory optimization is also done ✅ for gaming still have to hide the notch hope they fix this

Ikram, 17 Aug 2020Idk about you guys but my phone is still on miui 11 and com... more25-35 FPS in PUBG on lowest graphics is extremely poor in this price.
It needs to be minimum of 45FPS in this price, which is a A LOT more.
In games like PUBG, it makes a huge difference in your gameplay, your aim, close range fights, rush play moments and so on.
For me, it'll be a nightmare to play on low FPS. I can tell just by looking at phone screen what FPS the game is playing on. That's how sensitive my eyes are to FPS.
Most people who have play on 25FPS just hide/camp 90% of the time in game. They just hide behind walls, waiting for enemies.
In short, you can't enjoy the game nor actually play good against high tier players who won't fall for your little "tricks".

Idk about you guys but my phone is still on miui 11 and completely smooth + great gaming I can show you proof if you like

Just because you're unable to play the game in high graphic setting just yet you said that it's your worst experience on a mobile phone? You're kidding aren't you?! How about the people who experience automatic shutdown or automatic restart... Or perhaps a hardware just suddenly malfunctioned? That would be acceptable as the worst but not this. You're just like a kid who throws tantrums just because you didn't get the toy you badly wanted, you're ridiculous.
Tell you what, if you're that impatient and can't wait for the update then why not just sell your phone at a lower price and try your luck on another one? If the new phone didn't work for you then sell it again. Repeat the process until you get what you're looking for. That's a wise decision isn't it? Spending your money repeatedly just because of a small issue which can be fixed eventually.

g85 will be updated right? how long will we wait for it to happen? if they didnt do anything with it then, this will be my first and the last time i use phone with mediatek in it. the worst experience i have with mobile phone.
DONT BUY REDMI NOTE 9, TILL THEY DI SOMETHING WITH THIS PHONE!!!

i just change my phone from redmi note 8 to this one. and note 8 is better than note 9. the easiest exmple :
i can play codm with high graphic on note 8 just fine. but i cant on note9.
.did this g85 will reallllllyyy gettin update? upgrade? or wutever it is? how long will we wait ?
