Anonymous, 06 Aug 2020do you reccomend bying this phone it depends on your usage. those who game quite a lot with theirs seem to encounter issues with the phone. I personally own it, but I mainly use it for just emails, calls and texts, and some online browsing, so it's a great phone for my usage. the battery lasts quite well. one charge lasts me at least two days, wifi is always on and texts, fb messages and emails are usually constant.

Nope, SD665 has much more support than the Helio G85, firstly SD processors heat much less than MTK, and games are much more stable on Snapdragon than on MTK..

I would recommend buying Xiaomi Mi A3 over this garbage. They cost same in my country, but Mi A3 has way better camera & built quality than Note 9.
And why don't you first back YOUR claim with proof?
You said Helio G85 is better for gaming than Snapdragon 712. LMFAO, excuse me.

chats, 01 Aug 2020Hi I just bought this phone for my son he loves to pay game... morePhones with MIUI always have lower performance & battery timing than other phones.
A71 has lower nm chipset so it's more battery efficient as well. Though, the difference shouldn't be this big.
But that's normal for MIUI phones.
Regarding charging time, almost all Xiaomi phones charge slower than you'd expect them to by seeing their specs.
2.5 hours isn't that bad for a 5000mAh battery, but it should my charging in around 2 hours or less.

Simply Nokia 5.3 and enjoy the amazing smooth performance in daily use and gaming with its clean stock android that you wouldn't have here with the heaviness of MIUI and it's laggs and weird puggs .........MIUI has become the worst OS among smartphone manufacturers now unfortunately

It's kinda shame that this phone doesn't have at least the gyro-EIS and 4k recording and can record only 1080@30fps... Not to speak that this phone is built from plastic (less "premium" than the RN8T).
I'm going for the Redmi Note 8T.

Tchuckky, 30 Jul 2020Add a review after testing please. it's okay. the changes in the UI does refreshes the experience but I'm seeing some slight issues.
the full-screen mode has a major issue, the gestures can get triggered while typing. so the keyboard and/or apps closes randomly while typing. had the same issue in miui 11 and I thought they'd be able to get rid of it on miui 12.
another is lagging issues.I see random lags in animations when unlocking the phone, or switching apps. or sometimes even when hitting the home button to close an app. minor issue, but then again it shouldn't be there. the phone's interface in general is not as smooth as it should be.
battery life is very much the same, no issues with connectivity or anything. just minor lagging issues. the major drawback is that issue with the fullscreen mode.
