John, 25 Nov 2021I think at the moment my redmi note 9 occur same issue like... moreReplace your battery. Or try to charge the battery outside the phone and reinstall. I had the same issue after an update on Redmi 7. It was solved by a battery replacement. Beautiful products. .. Xiaomi devices

Got update notification miui 12.5.4.0 and instantly uodated. Just realised how big mistake it is, battery started taking 8 hrs to get full (lost fast charging ability) . Customer help team informed me just to report this as feedback to Dev community and wait for fix till next update. Mobile still under warranty but not taking for inspection. Even USB not getting recognised to copy my stuff on to computer. Any suggestions please!!

Hi,
Am facing an issue.
When I got the phone running MIUI 11, Cleaner Master was separate. Removed using debloater along with others.
Got a few app updates, had the option to ignore but mistakenly updated all, besides Cleaner.
Now the app shows in security, not a separate in debloater.
Any suggestions how to remove it or would need to redo all, after factory reset?

Great hardware! Pretty cool colors and specs are absolutely competitive with others.
But, It has serious issues with OS, MIUI.
Especially auto-rebooting problem has not been solved for about 2 years.....(Even though they upgraded OS for 2 times!)
Also this model has networking issues too.
Sometimes, this model occurs errors when turning on the wifi connection and hotspot!
These issues are depends on devices, so be aware and check the device thoroughly when you receive the device.

Camoah, 15 Nov 2021I got 12.5.4 updates and everything is so smooth.Redmi note... moreI got this OTA update a week back on my global version (joyeuse). It's made it more buttery. Camera issues fixed, battery life improved. More stress on security.

Horrible, my redmi note 8 is way better. Horrible touch detection, a swipe is detected as a tap half the time, making browsing and copy&pasting blocks of text a real pita. How many mistypes I've made on this particular phone!
Started freezing on chrome after a year(not a gamer either!), Strangely simply pressing home button and resume chrome solves it.
Camera isn't as good as the poco x3 released shortly after
Cannot delete photos&videos straight from camera app, have to access them through gallery(and wait for it to slowly detect new files!)
After removing the 1st screen protector installed on this phone, it looks as if a thin film on the screen peeled a little off and bubbles have formed!
Better phones for the price out there

Got this 12.5.2.0 (RJZMIXM) update yesterday.
Sensitivity increased, more responsive screen, finger sensor, wallpapers, etc.
Yet to see about battery life and memory usage...
Anyone else?

does anyone has problem with sensor . sometime when i make a call the display goes black and i cannot see anything until the call is finished. there is no option for proximity sensor to put on

Manoranjan, 10 Oct 2021Very bad network problemI have redmi note 9 pro, it is a good quality phone for the price, the only problem it struggles for network reception in some areas because it has only 12 bands, itshould have had at least 17 bands, band 12, 66, 42,26, 17 are all missing.
