Bought this device and the phone is fine. Only issue which will make me never but Xiaomi again is all the bloat which comes with the phone and cannot be disabled or uninstalled and the ram management which can't hold applications in background for more than few minutes. That's all.

Can't Hear ANYONE during voice calls. Checked db levels. Brand new at 1 db. Must put on speaker. Xiaomi Redmi Note 9 Pro is a sleek beautiful phone. Case is lighter than most with same battery, better at battery levels and the Miui interface is fluid, but you can't disable any google apps. Would of loved to keep it BUT has in-call volume problems. Even after tweaking all settings, clearing the mic, and turning off all data, still can't hear anyone without that darn speaker on. Even so called good voice phones like Oneplus 7t are getting tons of forum complaints of can't hear unless speakerphone is turned on. All New Out of the Box, All Returned. *** YES, there are some people who actually buy phones to TALK on still. ***

Great phone, got it instead of Poco X3 NFC and works perfect :) Just loving it, great phone for that price. Almost got Poco X3 NFC but that ugly camera turned me off :/
Note 9 Pro is really great phone, using it for almost 2 months :)

I experienced ghost touch while making phone call. With earpiece, loud speaker, headset or bluetooth all the same, usualy ghost touch in area "home", sometimes reach to recent apps, back or end call. Anyone experienced this too? How do we fix it?
