Global version - just forget it. Google for it and 99% say they will return it it seems

Phone Settings button is missing, I think it's a bug. Therefore, I can't activate call recording. Also there's no recording button. Every other phone I know, including my older Xiaomi's have it

I live in London and we have the global version. Full of bugs and essential things do not work. My WLAN disconnects when the phone is sleeping and there is virtually no GPS reception. My A40 got GPS signal in a few sec, my note Pro 9 is not able to detect Galileo nor any number of satellites within minutes. Phone will be returned after waiting for a fix for 2 months. Really useless. Will go back to a brand who knows what they do.

How is the sunlight visibility and how loud is the speaker for listening to radio/voice if this is in your jeans pocket?
Also how useful is the macro Camera, how much better is is for small things compared to the standard lens? (or a typical smartphone non-macro lens?) i.e. if you zoom in on a standard lens is it similar?

but that is just my personal opinion

i'm hesitating between buying a note 9 or the note 9 pro version. there is a quite a big difference in price(128gb model) which is better in terms of value and what you get for what you pay?
