For those having a problem with slow charging speeds, one of the reason and the issue I had was that the charging cable provided in the box with the phone was faulty or whatever. Recently got the phone, had awful charging speeds (from 1200 mA all the way to 500mA) which essentially made me to charge the phone for 7 or so hours to fully charge. Once I tried other charging cables (keeping the original Xiaomi provided base of the charger) I hit 2500 mA so essentially now its around 2 hours of charging time.
Outside of that this is a great phone so far, good battery life, nice cameras, especially compared to my 4 year old P9 Lite. A really good price to performance phone.

Xiaomi redmi note 9 pro is a bad product, u can browse google type issue camera error, the main camera is been block by dust inside the camera, then wifi issue(it is connectec but no internet, need restart, and in time back error again wifi good but no connection, then error about wallpaper no menu when lock to unlock phone.

Sometimes you cant open camera from whatsapp,... And you cant open the camera app,.. It even tell you that you can on/off your device to see if that helps,...

The charging speed depends on both the power output of adapter, USB power line and how many applications are running in the background. I know that many people still use the phone when charging it. The charging speed would then be very slow as expected.

Pk, 07 Jul 2020My 9 pro also takes 1 hr 50 minutes from 0 to 100..is it normal ?Before update recvd in end of june, charging speed was good enough but after update i noticed that charging speed got slow. Don't know why. Before update my phone was being charged in 1h 15 or 20 mins, but now it is charging at soeed of 1% per min

I have seen any comment from many people(even from e-commerce) said thts this type had problem with back camera and sensor,
Its true??
Bcoz i want to buy it but makes me doubt with all the comment.
Note: i had seen xiaomi note 8 its camera seems hangs/slow response when we want to change from back camera to front camera

I have LG G4 and i am exp screen burns,i am not talking about the phone just in general i am interested in LCD IPS screens,i have bad experience with that kind of screen and the only thing that make me sceptical about this phone is that,other than that I am open for suggestions for this phone i should i go with samsung?

Thanks!Amoled is definitely known for its vibrant colours and deep blacks since the pixles turn off but it has a screen burn in issue where it might leave dead pixels. IPS has, on the contrary, better whites but blacks are not deep since pixels have to be on just to display the black colour. Durability: IPS

Usually screen will turn off when you place your mobile near your ears to prevent unwanted touch inputs. Try to locate proximity sensor position, usually located on top edge above/under your display. If you use any mobile case try removing it, then try to place call. Check nothing is present above proximity sensor. If is there nothing then calibrate your sensor once.
