Though M31 has the biggest battery, Note 9 Pro provides more battery life due to its Miui optimization and optimised Snapdragon processor. Besides, Samsung phones have hang problem in the long run. If you still want a great display, I recommend you to buy Realme XT at 17000.

Other alternatives would be the Realme X2, Galaxy A71, Nova 5T, Mi Note 10 lite (I don't know how these phones are priced in your country but it's supposed to be in a 300-380€ range).
