Thank you very much for the suggestion.
One thing I forgot to mention that I am concerned about the build quality of Samsung phones (both M21 & M31) as it is mentioned everywhere that it is plastic & cheap feeling. I am not expecting flagship sturdy feeling or long-lasting but at least comparable with its peers.
Will Redmi phones (Both Note 8 Pro & 9 Pro) have better build quality than Samsung M21/31?
Thanks again

But if you're strictly want an entertainment phone then samsung phones would be a great pick just because they have AMOLED displays, which reproduce better colours and contrast than LCD counterpart. Without making it complicated, here's my opinion on the two phones, For a better viasual experience samsung should do you lot better but for oerformanc and overall features the redmi note 9 is the one. Good luck 👍👍👍

For regular browsing, watching movie and expecting Good Loud speakers. Which one should I buy?
Samsung M21 (6 GB, 128GB) = INR 15999 (Readily available with exchange of my old phone)
or
Redmi Note 8 Pro (6 GB, 128GB) = INR 16999 (Readily available with exchange of my old phone)
or
Redmi Note 9 Pro (6 GB, 128GB) = INR 16999 (Have to wait for the next sale on 21-July-2020)

Xiaomi Redmi Note 9 Pro (Indian Variant with Samsung GM2/48 MP) has turned out to be a real disappointment for me in terms of low light or night time photography department. I don't care about daytime clicks but it's a let down for night photos. Redmi note 8 with the same sensor sees everything at night, you can take highly sensitive night clicks even at total dark albeit with a little more noise but note 9 pro even cannot see in darkness like note 8, man it's like blind and pictures come out like it has a black curtain all over the lens ... why? I can't even believe it's with f/1.8 aperture. It seems like image has come out of f/2.8 lens not with f/1.8 lens as it's in the specification. Folks, do not buy it if you are expecting bright night photos out of it like redmi note 8 or Mi A3 even with GCam. I rate it's camera 2 stars for low light pictures. Really disappointed and I want Xiaomi's answer or reason for this ...
