does redmi note 9s come with miui 12 out of the box ?

I've recently bought a brand new note 9s and it had miui 12 by default.
now i want to know that does this phone have miui 12 originally on latest products or my phone is not brand new and has been used and updated before ?

sadeq, 25 Jan 2021yes and new system freeze issuesTry to separate the SSIDs like make the 2.4 ghz alone and 5ghz alone cuz that's what fixed it for me

Tried restarting the phone, cleaning cache, unusually and reinstalling the game, and it still didn't work…
I'm happy with the phone, but these minor issues that's piling up makes me frustrated…

I bought Xiaomi redmi note 9S -4 Ram and 64 storage 5 weeks ago its performance is very good but suddenly the ear peace stopped working, and i had to use loud speaker. Xiaomi in Egypt fixed it by replacing the damaged part.
anyone got this problem with this model and how to contact the headquarter to complain about this? i dont think i will recommend this model / brand anymore because of the after sale support.

After recent update one side of my handfree have less sound compare to the other side.I have tried multiple handfree but same issue pop up with them too.Does anyone facing same issue?Do I need to claim warranty or wait for the new update?
