Hi. It's my first time to use a Xiaomi phone. Is it okay if I use charging bricks other than the one that came with the phone? I'm not comfortable using an adapter everytime I charge. Thanks

In my redmi note 9s, there is many issues. 1,,,, It is not downloading system update
2...when plugged off from charge when it reaches 90, it immediately goes back 7 to 8% almost.
3...opening apps so slow though its 6gb ram
4...the themes on it after applying do not totally matches especially the dialor as shown in the theme...
Is there any one who can fix it, I ll be thankful.

As long time Xiaomi user I bought this phone for my wife (she had note 7) but she is very dissatisfied,it randomly freezes a lot,and sometimes it wont make calls,sometimes it just goes mute when you call somebody .. Don't know what to do.. I order it from china .

I bought this phone 1 week ago.poor battery backup.
When I opened tha wps office it's took enough time. I didn't expect it because it has 6 GB ram.

I charged my phone till 90% then I plugged off always its my for battery related thing but with this phone when I plugged of it jumped back on 83 or 82 % immediately I don't know why. It happened 3 times what is this n I just bought it a week ago. Any one with same issue plz tell me hw to fix it...

TCL 10 lite or TCL Plex was on my option but I have Alcatel from TCL and one day it just didn't switch on so bad feeling towards TCL now I'm considering Xiaomi 9s or Oppo Reno 3

Among the best phone so far for the price. Its not a flagship model but the performance exceed expectation. Used for 2 months until now. Good phone but if you used to have a flagship model before you used this Redmi Note 9s, then you will feel slightly downgraded but still ok. I still have my Huawei Mate 9, and happy to have both. The phone overall is fine, I am using 6GB RAM 128GB Storage. Camera doing fine, speedy for daily usage. Gaming is good. Battery is consider quite fast charging but my Mate 9 still faster on charging.
No issues so far, the phone is fast selling model in my country, Malaysia.

Processor, speed, camera, SD slot, headphone jack are all great. If this phone had an OLED screen, it would be near pefect. Don't listen to detractors

Anyone facing Redmi Note 9s camera issue?
I found my previous Radmi Note 7 camera was far better than Note 9s.
Why this?
Am I only facing this problem?
I'm fully disappointed about Note 9s camera.
