I am old user of MI ... moreim a fan of xiaomi too, i bought xiaomi until now but this phone is a complete trash, even my previous note 8 pro with 4500 mah battery was better than this, screen is not as good as note 8 pro too, as i need a phone with dual sim and memory support i think my only option will be samsung a series or note 8t

          This set is absolutely waste of money. I am old user of MI phones, and switched from MI 8 lite to Nite 9s, but Redmi note 9s severely disappointed me for following:

          No MI Dialer, Contact and Messaging apps

          Too heavy.

          Screen/ Display is average.

          Good bye Xaiomi /MI, as it's my last set of Mi/Xaiomi.

                Redmi Note 9S's Widevine Security Level is L3 after recent update 11.0.8 which means No HD netflix. God knows when Xiaomi fix these type of things.

                      Not recommended, no notification panel sorting option, no app drawer, no location tile in notification panel, limited tiles in notification panel, poor build quality, heats up quickly Switched from huawei p20 lite planning to switch back

                        just bougt it in Israel. Phone is heating up during browsing the web and becomses uncomfortable to hold the phone.
