Rave, 18 May 2020How?You could just install the poco 2.0 launcher. It's very lightweight and optimised for MIUI. Far better than the stock launcher on my redmi note 8 pro.

Nearly three days with this phone and I am still getting used to working it without an app drawer. My only grievance is that for some reason the "edit quick settings" has completely disappeared shortly after setting up the phone with my google account. (no I do not have nor think I will sign up for a mi account), this pains me as to find the shortcuts I need like location or reading mode, I have to go into the main phone settings everytime. Please Xiaomi, fix in future update!

Also you can customize the touch response for each individual game to reduce touch sensitivity near edges to avoid triggering touch controls
