Hei xiaomi, this phone really worst. I already bought this phone on 2 may 2020, just because the design and the spec i really interested with. But this phone have 1 problem that i cant accept. When i stream watch anime with full screen option it always stuck every minutes. What my expectation this phone may should have no problem with the screen stuck. I also have pocophone but there such no issues like this. And 1 more thing, all xiaomi phone when connected with bluetooth speaker are really weak sound i ever heard. Compare with my samsung j7 pro when using bluetooth connected with my speaker are really loud. I hope xiaomi can fix this especially the screen stuck when watch stream, and the bluetooth i not really mind it because that may be involve with hardware provided. Pls fix screen issues for this phone. Im really not satisfy this xiaomi.

I've already ordered the phone anyway.. because it came with a special gift.. It was a limited time offer .. they included Mi band 3 with the phone for those who buy the phone first.. And I got the gift.. It's very unlikely that xiaomi releases a phone with a display issue all over the world.. it maybe a hardware issue for some copies.. but IMO .. go for it just buy the phone.. personally I'm buying it anyway.

This Xiaomi Redmi Note 9 Pro, seems even better deal (with better back camera, and faster charger 30w in the box) for similar money, so you can look at that phone also.

This Xiaomi could be better than the A71 but people will still buy the A71 even tho its more expensive. Outside looks does matter but remember, more than 50% of people use cases for their phones.

An good Phone, but it has an annoying WiFi Bug.
The note 9S loses the connection to the internet via WiFi in standby after some time (8-10 minutes), even with the new update 11.0.7.0 and does not switch to mobile internet. So it is offline!

note 9s video camera is not good...bad quality

Man i will copy again answer, but note; it take a less time to do Factory reset, than your copy-pasted comm, after all, you have problem with your phone.. So

Factory reset your device (first make a backup), and it will be solved, but before that i doubt, Xiaomi, or any other OEM, does not have magic to resolve OTA some of the problems of Android open source fragmentation. At least one in a year (after 20 MIUI updates..) You can make hard reset of your device (if you have problems like this one or any other with your {any} phone). Then it will be like new. Maybe it's time to upgrade, after all.. (:
