The customer services of redmi they are actually beggar and worthless. They always demanding a high amount of charges either the phone is in the warranty Period. Worst services in the world.

This is not rumor i am using it. i bought in 19 january and since that i have changed two times its mother board and service center and customer support is worst response everyone in xiaomi does not have any knowledge about their device and about their services its too disgusting. understand

i got my redmi note prime on 22nd of may
now my phone is getting heated a lot
my friend suggested me to update it.
but when i tried to update, it is showing not enough space. And i cant shift my apps to sd card.
how much free memory is needed for update to miui7?
please help fast

I never found any heating or hanging issues... Kindly donot spread such bad rumours about this phone... It's a very gud phone for this price range!

It is the best Phone I have used at my life time, no hanging problem, good camera clarity, no heating issue, awesome technology, Thanks for XIAOMI company - there is no hanging problem till the mobile gets break
