As much as I know, most of pro tablets from Xiaomi are available in China only. In that case, if you are not currently living in China, you can only buy normal one. I mean not pro one. If you can buy it, I recommend you to buy pro tablets because they have better specs.

        I understand that it is a budget product and that it has very nice specifications
        but USB Type-C 2.0 is to litle in 2024
        If Android 15 finally supports desktop mode, it would have been the perfect all-rounder with an USB Type-C 3.2. you could use this like a Chromebook for Work, School or home-emulation console etc.
        If Xiaomi brings Redmi Pad Pro to the West, I hope they include USB Type-C 3.2

Not every country is blessed with wifi everywhere. Even Korea has wifi "blind" spots and the the LTE on my Huawei 11.5 tab was a convenient feature.
            And of course, I didn't slap it on my face when making calls as headsets do that job for me.

                  Well hallo laptops are as old as desktop computers and being used like desktop computer by docking the laptop to screen keyboard and mouse. Never mind that laptops run full windows and are working machines.

                  Never mind to compare that you wont connect laptop with tv trough USB port like you need to do with tablets that only have either microUSB or type-c that now is mandatory in Europe. Now laptops come even with HDMI and the like cable ports

                    Pepino, 12 Apr 2024No cellular version,why XIAOMI?.....So close. Mi pad 6 were dumb enough to have removed jack and sd card slot. Currently using a 128gb tab and the space is not enough. Whoever says that ia enough isn't getting their money's worth out of the tablet.

                    But that tablet did have lte which is able to replace GPS so I can use it as navigation device.

                      Cellular connectivity is also a nice alternative for the lack of GPS so tablet can be used as navigation device.

                          Man, would have been perfect for me if only it has sim slot.
                          10000 mah w/ 33w charging
                          snapdragon (not a fan of mediatek)
                          earphone jack!
                          and card slot is a bonus.

You can expand you memory up to 1tb sd-card and use good wired headphones with this tablet. Pad 6 has ppi around 300 - only 20% percent better than Pad pro.

                                Anonymous, 19 Apr 2024Is this better then mi pad 6 ?You'll see the answer when you compare those two side by side using "Compare" button shown in above (Specifications, Opinions, Pictures, etc). The obvious difference would be resolution (ppi density to be exact). So, nope, Xiaomi Pad 6 is way better.

                                For more information, Xiaomi Pad 5 and Xiaomi Pad 6 are in Mi series and Redmi Pad, Redmi Pad Pro and Redmi Pad SE are in Redmi series. Mi series are more like flagship mobiles and Redmi series are budget ones. So, in any way, Redmi series are not better than Mi series. So, if you want to buy better mobiles, you should buy Mi series. Buy Redmi series only if you want to spend less money on this.

                                      They have Harry Potter phones, and Deadpool for the Redmi 3 Turbo. If they give this 5G then Xiaomi should create a Shrek edition.
