AYK123, 29 Jun 2024Thzz for the response mate, I thought battery life on this ... moreWe will have to wait for gsmarena battery test. As far as i know, smartphone with sd 7s gen 2 doesn't seems that power efficient to me as it made by samsung but that's only on a phone. Don't know what magic would happen if its put on a tablet.

Should I get this one for my gf or pad 6 , she is going to use for reading mostly and some multimedia consumption. I dont know if she would luv it as she had used Ipad line up only previously. Planning to get this one along with the pen. Confused a little bit cuz pad 6 is only 17% more costly in my region

AnonD-1161708, 27 Jun 2024Redmi Pad Pro is cheaper and also 1 year newer, so technica... moreThe pad 6 processor isn't just "slightly" or a "bit more" powerful or better at gaming... Is a lot better. It also has ufs 3.1 and lppdr5 memory so its way snappier. If you are performance oriented and play heavy games the xiaomi pad 6 must be chosen over this, no questions asked, since they cost almost the same.
For multimedia and light gaming, then this has many pros.

BATMANN, 08 Jun 2024So.....this or the pad 6?Redmi Pad Pro is cheaper and also 1 year newer, so technically it will have longer support.
Also it has mico sd card and headphone jack, larger screen and newer chipset. Probably better battery life.
Pad 6 has older chipset, but little bit more powerful one (so slightly better at gaming). Also faster storage and display with HDR10 support. The ppi is also better, even though you have smaller screen technically.

Personally, I will choose Pad 6, if you can find it at some discount or something. That will make it closer to Redmi Pad Pro price. I think Pad 6 is just little bit better.

If the price difference is big, then you can go with the Redmi Pad Pro too. In the end you can't go wrong with either one.

BATMANN, 08 Jun 2024So.....this or the pad 6?if u need pen support pad 6, if not, this one is good enough

Anyone already own this device? Let me know your thoughts. Thanks in advance.

This arrived here in my country at a good price, just half in between the Pad SE and Pad 6. I own the latter btw.

I used to bash this one, since getting the Pad 6 for a bit more money grants you a more powerful chipset with faster memory and storage, alongside a speedy USB 3.2 port and better build quality... But if you don't need the horsepower, this might be a better choice due to expandable storage and 3.5mm jack. The chipset might be lacking a bit in power (I've tried it in the Redmi Note 13 Pro 5G) but it will do fine for multimedia.

                      So.....this or the pad 6?

Is the age of the enthusiast tablet finally here? It took android tablet companies how long now to acutally make a passable tablet.... Aside from the Lenovo Legion Y700 nearly everything else has been trash, but we finally have a device w/ some decent efficiency battery life, & IO.... Its insane how long it too companies to make something like this ....

The word "rebrand" itself is self-explanatory, and indicates it's the same product with a different name for a different market/target audience.
